Frequently Asked Questions
Are the boats climate controlled?
Yes! Both the Lake Queen Paddlewheel and the Landing Princess Yacht have climate controlled levels. The upper and lower levels of the Landing Princess are climate controlled while the Lake Queen is enclosed and climate controlled on the lower level. The upper level of the Lake Queen has a roof but is open on all sides for guests to enjoy the outdoors air during nice weather. Both boats offer outside deck seating areas.
How does guest seating work on the boats?
On the Lake Queen, you're welcome to sit, move, or stand wherever you like as there is no assigned seating arrangement. Because you have the option of climate controlled seating or open air seating, you'll want to arrive early as all seating is first come, first served.
You offer different types of cruises; what type of cruise is offered on each boat?
The Landing Princess hosts sightseeing cruises and is available for private charters. The Lake Queen hosts sightseeing cruises.
Are advance reservations required?
Reservations for lunch or dinner must be made at least one hour in advance. Sightseeing cruises do not require advance reservations, but availability is limited so don't wait too long to get your tickets!
The Landing Princess is a beautiful yacht; is there a dress code?
We do not have enforced rules regarding dining attire. Typically guests will wear dressy casual.
Are there restroom facilities on both boats?
Absolutely! There are restroom facilities on the lower deck of both boats, as well as a bridal suite equipped with a restroom on the upper level of the Landing Princess.
Can we bring food or drinks on board the boats?
Due to city and county health code regulations, we're not able to permit outside food or beverages on either boat. Not to worry - both boats have a full-service bar with a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, adult beverages, and snacks. And don't forget, full meals are available for purchase when you make your cruise reservation.
Can we bring our pet? It's just a small dog!
We're sorry, but due to health code regulations we cannot allow animals on board; however, service dogs are always welcome.
Is there a smoking policy on board the boats?
To accommodate everyone, smoking is permitted in designated outside areas. A crew member will be happy to provide you with an ash tray upon request.
Is the gratuity included in our ticket price?
The payment and amount of any gratuity is always discretionary. We do not require it nor do we include it in the ticket price; however, it is always greatly appreciated and lets our crew know they've done a good job!
Can we use a debit or credit card on board?
Yes. We accept all major cards.
Enjoyment for All Ages
"The Captain told facts about Branson and was also funny. My wife and I loved this and when we come back we are going to do it again. They show you different birds and tell facts that we did not know but after this we did. We highly recommend this ride. Safe for all ages. Sit back and enjoy we did."

Enjoyable, relaxing and informative; fun time!
"We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise on Lake Taneycomo. The cool breeze from the water was refreshing on an 80 degree sunny day. We could see both sides of the riverbank from our seats on the covered upper deck and were delighted to have the opportunity to see a bald eagle perched on a limb hanging above the water. Magnificent! I was happily surprised at the enthusiastic waves and greetings from fishermen, boaters, and canoeists we cruised past along the route. They seemed genuinely happy to see us. The narration was very informative and I was amazed to learn of the famous residents living on the lake. Everyone on board was having fun, from small children to my 83 year old mother. Try it - you will like it!"
